PROFILE:

This is a challenging and varied role requiring outdoor travel.The direct responsibilities of this job will include :

  • Managing the entire sales process from first meeting to negotiation and closure of the sale of kitchens to Builders/Developers.
  • Alliance & Relationship selling with Builders and Developers of residential property projects. Ensure connects with new builder offices are established weekly, while nurturing & liaising with existing connects.
  • Ensuring high sales conversions is essential.
  • Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offer best suited to customer needs and within company interests.
  • Participate in technical and commercial discussions and get to closure
  • Ensure sale closure, invoicing and payment receipts
  • Liaise order booking data with the factory central planning team
  • Provide Sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports

ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY:

  • We are looking for hardworking, smart, & over achieving sales executive with proven experience and passion for selling. The candidate should either know OR be willing to learn all technical aspects about Modular kitchens. He/She will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers. He/She will be responsible for achieving company’s annual sales targets by reaching out to & servicing Builder clients across Maharashtra.

    The person must be familiar with effective usage of Computers and should be comfortable using MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

PROFILE:

A Mr Kitchen executive is the first point of contact for the customers. It is your responsibility to engage the customer in a productive experience by hand holding them through the entire process of kitchen design. The profile is commission based so sales maximisation through design, planning and sales solutions will help you achieve your targets. You will get to enjoy your creative instincts as you guide and assist the customer in making the best design decisions for their kitchen.

ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY:

  • You will take care of Private Builders, Project Management Consultants, Contractors and Developers and sell the entire range of kitchen products and accessories
  • Self driven and determined personality
  • 2 years plus experience needed

 Job Overview:

You have a minimum experience of 4 years in modular kitchen designing. As a part of the Mr. Kitchen design team you will be required to prepare high quality AUTOCAD drawings to assist our senior designers and sales in the finalisation of new business in a timely manner.

In addition to this requirement, you will be required to prepare high quality rendered designs within pre-defined timelines.

ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY:

  • Job title - Senior Interior Designer
  • Job location – Bhandarkar Road and Baner, Pune
  • Work schedule – 10.00AM – 7.00PM
  • Salary – As per candidate capability
  • Purpose of job – Design support through AUTOCAD drawings, preparation of rendered designs and preparation of Operations document kits
  • Required skills – Thorough working knowledge of AUTOCAD, good speed in using AUTOCAD to prepare drawing, detail oriented, high degree of accuracy in work, strong organisational skills, able to deliver aesthetically appealing rendered modular kitchen designs, strong creative skills, able to understand and uses a wide variety of kitchen modules to create functional kitchens, knowledge off 20-20 design software would be an asset, other duties as described
  • Required education – 3-year diploma/ degree in Interior Design from a reputed Educational Institution

PROFILE:

This is a challenging and varied role.The direct responsibilities of this job will include :

  •  Lead generation via multiple techniques such as direct mailing, emails and phone follow-ups
  • To maintain, build and update mailing databases
  • Alliance & Relationship marketing with Interior designers and Architects. Ensure connects with new architects and designers is established weekly, while nurturing & liaising with existing contacts.
  • Organise showroom visits for alliances and customers.
  • Setup Sales appointments for the Sales staff, and participate in the preliminary meetings.
  • Provide regular marketing updates on new leads generated and their status at regular intervals. Collate marketing reports across various franchisees and analyze trends and create leadforecasts
  • Actively participate and contribute in Mktg. / Sales review sessions with company senior management.
  • To participate in organizing and attending events and exhibitions

ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY:

We are looking for a hardworking, smart, & over achieving Marketing executive with proven experience. He /She should be presentable with good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. He / She will be responsible for bringing new leads and new customers to showroom by his/ her efforts.

The person must be familiar with effective usage of Computers and should be comfortable using MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
